24 questions across products, standards, agronomy, services, buying and the company. Where we do not have a verified figure, the answer says so.

Products
What is NEXGROW?+
NEXGROW is a bio-organic fertiliser built on phosphate-solubilising bacteria in well-compostable organic matter rich in humic and fulvic acids. It delivers the plant growth hormones Indole Acetic Acid (IAA) and Gibberellic Acid (GA), which drive vegetative growth. The humic and fulvic acids improve soil structure, act as chelating agents, raise nutrient-holding capacity, cut nutrient loss through leaching, strengthen resistance to soil-borne pathogens and buffer against climatic stress.
Do your products replace chemical fertiliser entirely?+
Usually not at the start. Most growers substitute part of a conventional programme and adjust the balance as soil organic matter and biological activity recover. That is the lower-risk path and it is what Integrated Plant Nutrient Management is about.
Standards & specifications
What standard do you work to?+
Our products are processed aerobically in adherence to the quality regulations of Malaysian Standard MS 1517:2012. That is a statement about our production process rather than blanket third-party product certification — we keep those separate deliberately.
What are NEXGROW’s specifications?+
Over 50% organic matter by weight; moisture below 25%; pH between 7 and 9; C:N ratio under 13:1; more than 12% combined N, P₂O₅, K₂O, Mg and Ca; over 20% humic and fulvic acid; seed germination above 90%; and live microorganisms above 1.0×10⁷ CFU per gram.
Which specifications should I check on any fertiliser?+
Organic matter content, C:N ratio, moisture, seed germination rate, and microbial count if it is sold as biological. Ask for the specification sheet rather than the brochure — if a supplier cannot state those, there is no basis for comparison.
Do you have certification documentation?+
Tell us which scheme, export market or tender requires it and we will confirm exactly what we can supply, rather than leaving you to infer it from a website statement.
Soil & agronomy
Is the soil test really free?+
Soil testing and analysis is one of our agro-technical services, because a programme designed without knowing what the soil already holds is guesswork. Ask us for the current charge; there is no obligation to buy afterwards.
What does the soil test measure?+
Texture, pH, nutrient content and organic matter — plus a written interpretation and a fertiliser programme built on the result, not just a results table.
How fast will I see results?+
Biological activity begins immediately but visible response depends on crop and soil condition. A trial block measured against an untreated control is the way to see the response on your own land. We publish no yield percentages because we have no verified trial figures to stand behind.
My yields have plateaued. Is that a soil problem?+
Often, yes. If you are applying what you always have and harvests have stopped improving, the soil’s ability to convert that input into growth may be the constraint rather than the input itself. A soil test will tell you which.
Services
What services do you offer?+
Soil Testing & Analysis; Integrated Plant Nutrient Management; Customised Nutrient Management Plans; Integrated Pest Management; Water Management & Irrigation guidance.
Do you design irrigation?+
Yes — drip irrigation, precision sprinklers and soil moisture sensors, designed so application matches what the crop and soil can hold. It is treated as part of the nutrition problem, because irrigation that pushes water through the profile too fast leaches the fertiliser you already paid for.
Buying & delivery
Is there a minimum order?+
No estate-only minimum. We supply smallholdings through to plantation estates — smallholders and estates simply use different enquiry routes so pricing and logistics come back correctly.
Can I become a distributor?+
Yes, the network is expanding. The distributor page sets out what is included and takes your territory details; the partnerships team responds within two business days.
How do I get a price?+
Estate and bulk buyers should use the estate quote route for volume pricing with a per-hectare breakdown. Smallholders should use the smallholder route. Either way you get a delivered price rather than ex-works.
Company
Who is Agros Empire?+
Agros Empire Sdn Bhd (company no. 201401028296 (1104382-A)) is a Malaysian biotechnology company, incorporated in 2014, developing bio-organic fertilisers. Our corporate tagline is "Embracing Technology, Empowering Agriculture."
Where are you based?+
Head office at No. 43, Tingkat 2, Jalan KS 5, Kepayang Sentral, Taman Bukit Kepayang, 70200 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
Do you have a laboratory?+
We hold a collaborative agreement with Carmiel Agrotech Sdn Bhd granting exclusive use of its laboratory facility in Selangor for research and technical activities.
