This notice explains how Agros Empire Sdn Bhd (company no. 201401028296 (1104382-A)) collects and processes personal data submitted through this website, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that may include your name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address, company or estate name, state or district, planted area, crop, and any message you write. Forms also record which page you submitted from and which language you were reading in, so your enquiry reaches the right person.
We do not ask for identity card numbers, bank details or any financial information anywhere on this site. If a page ever appears to request those, it is not ours — please contact us.
To respond to your enquiry; to arrange a soil test, sample, callback or site visit; to prepare a quotation; to assess a distributor or contract manufacturing application; to send you a document you asked for; and, only where you have expressly ticked the consent box, to send you WhatsApp updates or an email newsletter.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your data may be seen by our own staff and agronomists who need it to answer you, and by service providers who operate our systems on our behalf — currently a form-delivery provider and website analytics. Those providers process data only on our instructions. Data may be stored on servers outside Malaysia by those providers; where that happens we rely on their contractual data-protection commitments.
Submitting an enquiry form is your consent for us to contact you about that enquiry. Marketing consent is separate and always opt-in by tick box. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time — reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or email sales@agrosempire.com. We act on withdrawal requests immediately.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, and thereafter only as required for our legal and accounting obligations. Marketing lists are kept until you withdraw consent.
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of data that is inaccurate or out of date, to withdraw consent to marketing, and to limit how we process your data. To exercise any of these, email sales@agrosempire.com or write to the address above. We will respond within the period required by the Act.
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
This site uses analytics to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from. Analytics data is aggregated and IP addresses are anonymised. It is not used to identify you personally. Your browser settings can block cookies if you prefer.
