Paddy is grown under conditions most crops never see. Continuous flooding changes soil chemistry — oxygen falls, and the availability of phosphorus, iron and several micronutrients shifts with it. Fertiliser that works well on dryland crops does not automatically behave the same way in a wet paddy field.
Demand is not flat. Nitrogen matters most through tillering and again around panicle initiation; phosphorus drives early root establishment; potassium supports grain filling and helps the plant stand up to lodging late in the season. Timing matters as much as quantity.
Intensive double- and triple-cropping with heavy chemical inputs steadily depletes organic matter in paddy soils. As organic matter falls, so does the soil's buffering capacity and biological activity — and more of every applied dose escapes to the water rather than the plant.
NEXGROW contributes over 50% organic matter along with humic and fulvic acids that improve nutrient-holding capacity, plus phosphate-solubilising bacteria that free up bound phosphorus. In practice this improves the efficiency of the chemical fertiliser you already apply rather than replacing it outright.
Warm, waterlogged soil favours soil-borne pathogens such as Rhizoctonia and Sclerotium. Water management, clean seed and field hygiene are the first line of defence; ask your agronomist before choosing a treatment.
Take two comparable plots, keep your normal programme on one, add the bio-organic input to the other, and record tiller count, panicle number and final grain weight. One season gives you a defensible answer.

Soil Testing & Lab Analysis — texture, pH, nutrients and organic matter, with a written programme.
NEXGROW brings phosphate-solubilising bacteria, humic & fulvic acids and natural growth hormones into one bio-organic fertiliser, processed in line with MS 1517:2012.
